The receptionist , nurse, and doctor shriti bhadel PA were really helpful and friendly. I went in 11/23 around 2:30 pm they let me know it was an hour to an hour in half wait they know how to communicate and be professional

I came in earlier today and had a wonderful experience, I thought I just had a sore throat but it wasn’t getting better only worse come to find out I have a strep throat , that was so bad and the doctor and his team really helped me out and saved me. They put a iv in me with steroids and antibiotics + hydration and I have more meds to help me hoping that is all I need just wanted to say thank you it was smooth and quick ! The doctor and nurses were so kind I really appreciate that !

Serious life savers I should've posted this sooner!! We've had a few incidents this year from my son's appendicitis to my severe blood loss and blood transunion I won't disclose all medical conditions we had but I will say IMMEDIATELY taken care of the staff is super attentive extremely professional and one thing about kaiser is someone is on standby to save your life!
