Specialized Urgent Care is the first urgent care in Jurupa Valley. It is a 5-room facility with state of the art diagnostic equipment and a versatile professional staff. The clinic offers a wide range of services from occasional sickness to chronic diseases, including IV therapies, school physicals, and small surgical procedures. Patients report fantastic experiences with incredibly friendly, caring, professional, and savvy staff. Wait times are very short, with many seen almost immediately and in and out in under an hour. The building is very clean and spotless. The medical providers are thorough, compassionate, and informed, taking time to listen to symptoms, explain conditions in depth, answer all questions, and provide clear treatment plans. The clinic closes late and accepts medical insurance. It is highly recommended by patients.
I paid my first ever visit to this facility to get my ingrown nails extracted and i was literally impressed by the services I got. The staff was very welcoming and supportive and the quality of care I got is impressive. Surprisingly, I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Everything was covered through my insurance and they supported and guided me through every step of the process. Thumbs up for the facility and the staff who took care of me. I highly recommend everybody to try it!
I visited this urgent care today the ladies in the front desk were really helpful especially Leslie she made me feel comfortable and assisted me with my height, weight and vitals she heard me out and made my visit very pleasant just like the provider, what a great and fast experience I would recommend this place for all medical needs. I took my daughter in for an upset stomach Leslie and Daniel at the front desk were very calm and comforting with her, especially when she needed to get a shot. The Nurse Practitioner was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
