He’s very caring, kind, and gentle, and he always gets it on the first try without causing any pain.

She does not treat you like another science project, she treats you like a human being which is much needed in this facility. Dr. Koyle is great. Really good doctor. Been seeing him for several years. No complaints. He'll listen to your needs, will examine you, and will diagnose if need be. He doesn't push vaccines or meds on you. Kaiser Chino-Grand is technologically savvy. It's easy to check in. I checked in from my phone. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Lab was quick too. Waited less than 5 minutes. Got in and got out. My results were on my KP.org app within 2 hours. Wow! That's efficiency. Impressive.
