I had a fantastic experience delivering my baby at Kaiser Ontario Medical Center! The staff was so wonderful and welcoming. It felt like family caring for me and I would recommend 10/10. The manger Shue who visited me was funny and made sure I was having an exceptional stay. I loved I was still given footprints of baby as a keepsake and given a wonder tumbler to stay hydrated during my stay. Also, I appreciate and love all of the Lactation Consultants who came to help me with my breastfeeding journey.
Our family recently visited the Ontario Medical Center for outpatient appointments, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly professional and courteous, which was a huge relief as my young daughter was quite scared. It was heartwarming to see her transition from being nervous to actually feeling excited to see her doctor. A huge thank you to the team for their patience and for making what could have been a stressful visit so positive.
I would like to recognize the exceptional care provided by the on 4 west, ED and PACU at Ontario Kaiser Permanente medical center. The nurses, physicians, and support staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion and teamwork while providing excellent care to my husband. The staff on 4 west treated my husband and family with kindness, respect, and patience, creating a welcoming and supportive environment during a stressful time.
