Montclair Clinica Medica Familiar is a clinic where the intake process is easy and the staff is supportive, helpful, and awesome. From the receptionist to the nurses, they serve with empathy, compassion, and kindness in a timely manner. They explain everything up front, set expectations, and answer all questions clearly. The clinic makes switching providers a breeze and the whole process super easy and stress-free. New patients are seen the same day when needed, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Patients feel understood, comfortable, and well cared for. The front desk staff is always helpful and sweet. This clinic is highly recommended for primary care.
The intake process was easy and I feel supported by the staff here! They explained everything up front, set expectations, and made it a breeze to switch providers. I saw Roseanne Garrison, PA-C and she took her time listening and understanding my background and medical history. I felt understood and I'm really happy with my experience overall. Wish I went here first when I moved to the area, I highly recommend!
