“Not all heroes wear capes, today I went to kaiser because I had a pretty bad burn, my nurse linda torres pereira was so sweet and gentle. She took the time to show me how to properly clean and put on my ointment with my gauze. She was willing to take those extra few minutes to make sure I understand how to properly do it to avoid an infection. I will forever be coming to this kaiser. Everyone is always so nice and professional but today linda melted my heart.“

Chris is super outgoing and very very nice!! :) he has helped me my last few visits and when it came to removing my stitches he did amazing! It was not as scary nor painful as I thought, lol. Overall he made me feel comfortable and answered any and all questions I had. I've had the best care team and I appreciate their help very much :)“

“The nurse practitioner Mebi was wonderful, professional, very thorough.Addressed all the patients needs. Developed a plan of care and discussed outcomes and expectations.!!The medi-cal representative Claudia, unfortunately was a nightmare. We are senior citizens and she was everything BUT patient and understanding. She was extremely condescending, abrupt, interrupted me constantly. My anxiety level with her was a 11. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place was medical care .“

“Dr. Wielenga always takes care of all of his patients no matter when I'm there I always feel like I'm at home and he always makes me feel better just being there in his presence at the other day. I believe any hospital or place of medical attention should always have a good atmosphere, and seek positivity and love within their own institution And willing a medical group. I can say, with the full heart that they have treated me more than a patient and more like family at the end of the day. They are the only providers that have helped me thoroughly and I have been able to manifest hope inside my heart that I will always get better thank you doctor and all your patients there appreciate it. “The out patient surgery clinic is hands down one of the finest in Southern California. The staff is professional. The Operating Room is state of the art. The procedure starts with a meeting with one of the Registered Nurses. They take vitals, and go over each step if the procedure, and explain the consent forms, answering questions along the way. They get you changed into the typical hospital gown. They get your IV installed. The doctor performing the procedure comes in, reviews with you exactly what will be performed. The Anesthesiologist meets with you, goes over his role & explains what medications he will employ. You are moved into the OR. The doctor again goes over the procedure. You are hooked up to the heart monitor., etc. The Anesthesiologist administers the meds & next think you know your in the recovery room with your RN. Your monitored until cleared for release. Again what was performed & any aftercare instructions are reviewed. Dr Peter Ly is the Pain Management Specialist & he is down to earth, knowledgeable and the upmost professional. I have friends & family that swear by Dr Ly & this facility. I do not have any information about the regular clinic.“
“I had my COVID-19 shots at this Satellite Office. They were very kind and efficient. I was very impressed. I asked how many shots they did in a day. I was told 1,000, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Thank You for your service. I hope the nurses get to see these comments. Donna Theeck.“
