“I usually dont bother to write Kaiser reviews because I've had good and bad experiences, but today I needed blood work done and I've been suffering with severe clusters of panic attacks and fainting spells. From checking in to sitting down to get my blood drawn, everyone was polite and kind. When my name was called I sat down and explain current health situation to the woman doing my blood work. She smiled at me and handed me alcohol pads to breath and to relax. She assisted me and met me where I needed help. Im forever grateful for her and the entire team there today. And she had the softest touch! I didn't feel the needle going in my arm or anything. Thank you GABBY and team!!“
