Chris H. And Yuri from internal medicine are super amazing!!! Yuri initially helped me as I had a huge cut on my leg that needed to be looked at/cleaned. She was very gentle and was nice enough to send me home with extra supplies so I can maintain my wound clean. Chris is super outgoing and very very nice!! :) he has helped me my last few visits and when it came to removing my stitches he did amazing! It was not as scary nor painful as I thought, lol. Overall he made me feel comfortable and answered any and all questions I had. I've had the best care team and I appreciate their help very much :)

Most of the Doctors are courteous and attend to your needs by listening. Some tend to you as a number. This is why I love the fact that you can switch facilities and/or doctor. The majority of the issues I've had recently are with the nurses. Lately some have been rude. I take care of my mother and this last visit in Suite 315 on 11/27/2023 at approximately 2:20 pm there was a patient that was called and he asked if his girlfriend can accompany him. Male nurse said yes. My mother's name was then called and a female nurse denied me access claiming there was only one chair. While I was waiting there were other patients that were accompanied by their loved ones. We had a second appointment right after in the same Suite 315. Our second entry was not an issue and was granted access to accompany my mother. This time it was a different nurse and was very courteous. The room just had one chair for the patient. I stood standing which should have happened the first time. Nurses cannot be rude or have an attitude in this field and need to be sensitive and understanding.

Downey Kaiser Orchard facility needs better management. The line to just get in to register was outside & around the building. That's ridiculous!! Lots of empty seats inside but not allowed to enter. Sick adults & children need to sit down. Get some focus on this terrible process & improve it! This is for the urgent care area.
