The nurse was attentive fast, so efficient, helpful, sweet just her interest in me as her patient was so sweet it made the experience nice and that is what all patients need although our nurses are tired and exhausted there are always willing to help and care ....Thank you!!!

I’ve been a Kaiser member for decades, treatment and services as well with rapid responses have become better with technology, mail delivery and quality care. I had a PCP appt yesterday, was promptly seen, given lab orders as well as urine and medications. With in 1.5 hours I had already completed the above, all under one umbrella. I’m grateful for the compassionate care I receive from my PCP and her staff at the internal medicine unit at Orchard Medical building.
