I usually dont bother to write Kaiser reviews because I've had good and bad experiences, but today I needed blood work done and I've been suffering with severe clusters of panic attacks and fainting spells. From checking in to sitting down to get my blood drawn, everyone was polite and kind. When my name was called I sat down and explain current health situation to the woman doing my blood work. She smiled at me and handed me alcohol pads to breath and to relax. She assisted me and met me where I needed help. Im forever grateful for her and the entire team there today. Gabby is the best phlebotomist at Kaiser Orchard! She not only greets you with a smile, when you arrive at her station nervous or fearless her tone reassures you that it will be a great experience. The girl is skilled, especially for those with hard to find veins she makes the process quick, painless and best off all no ugly bruise the next day! There was a line to check in but the wait wasn't long. Checking in was smooth and so was the intake with the gentleman nurse who took my vitals. He was kind and supportive. The best part was the doctor Canciller Johnny Physa. He was friendly, understanding, patient, and knew exactly what I needed. He lifted my spirit up when he shared his experience in Italy given the fact I had just came back from there. Kaiser Permanente, you rock!
