The nurse practitioner Mebi was wonderful, professional, very thorough.Addressed all the patients needs. Developed a plan of care and discussed outcomes and expectations.!!The medi-cal representative Claudia, unfortunately was a nightmare. We are senior citizens and she was everything BUT patient and understanding. She was extremely condescending, abrupt, interrupted me constantly. My anxiety level with her was a 11. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place was medical care .

I'm trying to get help, and they went on vacation, i don't my but atlist they hace to have a nuerse advice and like others, they just want tour money because at the end they send me to the E R at the end, I do not recommend.

This is the worse place ever, if you can avoid please do. If your apt is at 9 am they check you in and yet you don’t see the provider till 1 pm. ( that’s because I complained)I saw the doctor and recommended a Ct. they gave me a referral paper and I made my apt. A few days after radiology calls me to tell that the clinic never answers the phone because they have not sent any medical notes. (Long story short two months went by and nothing) after calling the clinic telling me they had processed all the paperwork.
