“Later found out that My Legacy was basically being hacked. The man that we did business with stole the contractors license. Well at least misrepresented himself as the owner. He called himself Brandon. However since the, the true owner of the business and his sleuth office assistant found us, came to our home, and told us the whole story. In the meantime he is helping to resolve the issue with the city and cleaned up the area and it safe.“

“Our usual giant plumbing conglomerate wasn't returning any calls, so I decided to try the Toilet Whisperer, and boy are we glad we did. They came out rapidly to fix the toilet issue, and when we discovered a NEW issue, they were there within 24 hours to fix that as well. Extremely fast, great communication, cheaper than I had been charged in the past, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I hope I don't have any future plumbing issues, but if I do, I know exactly who I will call.“

“We called them after 7pm when our well pump suddenly stopped working. I expected to just leave a message since the website said they weren't open until the next day. Whomever answered was attentive and caring. Even made a joke about not knowing exactly when the servicemen would arrive the next day. But she asked how we'll be without water and suggested hooking up to the neighbor's line. So glad we decided to go with Worshams Pump Co. The first well company I called sounded annoyed about my call even though their website said they were open 24 hours. I was quoted TWICE what we were finally charged by Worshams.“

“Kyle is the best! A recent storm caused plumbing noises behind my kitchen wall, possibly a 'water hammer' because of too much stress on the pipes for kitchen, washer, and tankless water heater. The first trip, Kyle examined the problem, then he returned and installed a surge pump, then he returned to flush out my tankless water heater, and then shortly thereafter he made a 4th trip when my toilet decided to spring a leak!
