Kyle is the best! A recent storm caused plumbing noises behind my kitchen wall, possibly a 'water hammer' because of too much stress on the pipes for kitchen, washer, and tankless water heater. The first trip, Kyle examined the problem, then he returned and installed a surge pump, then he returned to flush out my tankless water heater, and then shortly thereafter he made a 4th trip when my toilet decided to spring a leak! He was quick, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I greatly appreciate his expertise and his kind professionalism.Services: Plumbing leak repair

When you think plumbers, you think this is going to be a mess (pun intended). But that's not the experience we had with Jake's Plumbing. They were extremely knowledgeable and actively explained in detail what was going on and showed us how to prevent it from ever happening again. I think that's taking it a step beyond because they are looking out for your best interest. That's so rare these days. Kyle from Jake's Plumbing was quick to respond to a request to fix our leaky water pipe. He was friendly, courteous, honest, and professional, and completed the work in record time...and for a reasonable price! What more could we ask for!!
