Super Brothers came out to diagnose and replace a failed part in my heat pump hot water heater. From the time I called to a tech at my door was - no exaggeration - a little over three hours. Michael diagnosed the issue, spoke to tech support on my behalf, and assisted in getting the parts ordered. When the parts arrived, Karen was able to get me scheduled for the next business day, and the tech installed the parts quickly and correctly. These folks are pros with excellent customer service, and they ALWAYS carry booties to protect my home.
Super Brothers has shown themselves to be trusted on consistency, quality, pricing, and respect for your business. We have an older home and have used their service twice already, to purchase and install a new HVAC and a main sewage line. We are now needing an estimate for a bathroom remodel and flooring.
