“Much like finding a skilled, honest auto-mechanic to work on your car; as a home owner, finding a skilled, affordable and honest electrician is nothing to take for granted. As the QA/QC Manager of SunStar Laboratories in Lake Forest, CA, I'm familiar with Magnetic Electric as our company has been working will Bill Vallone (owner) for the last five years. Bill has always leveled with us, and given us great assessments, at times supplying us with simple solutions that saved us big money, even at his own companies (financial) detriment. Very recently, I had an issue with my own house in Fullerton in which I needed to separate the electrical from two rooms into two separate breakers because they kept overloading and tripping the breaker. So I gave Bill a call. He came out the next day, and gave me very good pricing on what I wanted done. The next day, Bill and his team came out to perform the job. Bill pointed out that the previous contractors had badly overloaded some of the breaker circuits and even used shortcut techniques (pigtails) that were highly illegal and definitive fire hazards! This was not surprising to me, as I've seen poor makeshift craftsmanship in other parts of the house. Bill, out of good faith, fixed these issues, and didn't even charge me extra for it!To find a skilled, honest electrician is already a valuable asset. However to find one who goes above and beyond is a virtual blessing; and Bill is fits the bill :P I'm very surprised Magnetic Electric doesn't have any reviews on Yelp up to this point, but I'm honored to be the first to write them a must deserved review.“

Over the course of two visits he has updated our lighting throughout the house as well as our electrical outlets and switches. In the process he addressed some electrical issues that we had concerns about. His attention to detail showed as he went about his work. I found Eric through my son. He recently upgraded his service to two hundred amps and installed a 60amp connector for his Tesla. Having been a contractor for thirty years I worked with other electricians who knew their trade. I came to realize the importance of finding one who was both knowledgeable and experienced. Eric has met all of those requirements. We'll have him back later this year. We plan on replacing other fans and light fixtures. I hope this review helps you if your looking a professional electrician.“

“I hired Structured Wiring by Rader to install 8 wired IP security cameras on the exterior of my home. Jason Rader was very responsive to my inquiries and he explained that he runs all cables inside the walls unlike most security installation companies to keep things neat and clean.I had contacted several other security system installation companies and all of them stated that they would have to run conduit on the exterior of my home, just as Jason had said. Jason explained that most other companies don’t have his level of experience which is why they run conduit instead of going through the walls.Jason warned that he was a little bit more expensive than the other companies, but his service was worth it. Truth being told, his quote wasn’t that much more than the other companies I contacted who all stated they couldn’t run cables inside the walls. He was able to give me a quote over the phone after I sent him a few pictures of my home via text message. Everyone else said they’d have to send someone out for a quote.He was not wrong about his service being worth the extra money!! I couldn’t be happier with the results!! He was able to install all 8 cameras without issue while running all the cables inside of my walls and through the attic as promised. He also included a few “extras” like TV mounts, HDMI cables and a lock box for the NVR!! He hung a couple of TV’s I had laying around including one in my home office which is connected to my NVR so I’m able to view my cameras while working in my office. In order to run the cables through the walls, Jason and his crew had to cut holes in the drywall in several rooms of my house. They kept the holes to a minimum and made them as small as they could in order to complete the running of the cables. They also closed up all of the holes and got them ready for paint (which is not part of a standard install with other companies either). They were very respectful to me and my family and of my property while working here. They also made sure to clean up after they were done. At one point, I even found Jason sweeping out my garage at one point!! To say that they go above and beyond is an understatement!!While they were at my home, I had them do a few extra things like replace an old alarm panel and install a couple of extra outlets around the house for a nominal fee.There was only one issue and that was the job ran a bit longer than originally anticipated due to staffing shortages and Covid. But that is understandable and he more than made up for it with the quality of his work and the extras he threw in (including sweeping out my garage which I had been putting off for quite some time).If anyone is looking to have any electrical work done or security system installation, I highly recommend using Structured Wiring by Rader!! They are professional, polite and dedicated to ensuring a happy customer. The quality of their work is top notch and Jason also gives a 90 warranty on all of his work should any issues arise after the work is completed (which many other companies do not offer).I don’t have any other electrical projects planned, but if / when I do, I will definitely be contacting Jason to get it done right the first time!!Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation“
