“From the initial phone call and estimate to getting the work signed off by the inspector, J Power Electric exemplified professionalism and a strong commitment to quality work. I initially reached out to Juan via Yelp, and he was quick to respond. Because I have a busy work schedule, I appreciated that he was willing to come out on a Saturday to provide an estimate.

We received estimates from Juan as well as two other companies. It was clear from speaking with him that, compared to the others, he was more knowledgeable and confident in completing the work in a timely manner. Moreover, his quote was comparable to the others and significantly less than I expected to pay.

Juan scheduled a day and time to complete the work, arrived promptly, and finished everything according to schedule. They were also very patient with my difficult mother-in-law, who was the only person available to be present during the job.

He’ll patch up any drywall that he cuts into and cleans up after himself. After that job, we had him come again out to run a doorbell system to install a Ring doorbell.
