“Raul and his assistant, Kayra, from Photonics Electric & IT Services, did an excellent job installing a new EV charging setup for my detached garage. Raul was very responsive from the beginning, answered all of my questions promptly, and provided a very competitive quote.

The scope included trenching, removing the old overhead garage wiring, installing a new garage subpanel, and configuring a Tesla Universal Wall Connector on a 60A circuit to support 48-amp charging. They arrived on time the morning of the work, worked efficiently, and kept disruptions to a minimum.

Raul also handled the city permit and inspection process, which made everything very easy. The work started on Friday, May 8, and he had already arranged the city inspection for the following Monday. The inspection was smooth, and the job was completed on time after approval. While on-site, I also had him fix up a couple of older electrical works that were poorly done in the past, and those were fixed and done professionally at a good price.

I initially reached out to Juan via Yelp, and he was quick to respond. Because I have a busy work schedule, I appreciated that he was willing to come out on a Saturday to provide an estimate.

We received estimates from Juan as well as two other companies. It was clear from speaking with him that, compared to the others, he was more knowledgeable and confident in completing the work in a timely manner.
