“I've been going to see Erick for at least four years, maybe longer. I have a very physical job and I'm active. He keeps me functional and in good shape to keep doing the things I love to do. He makes me feel super comfortable on the table. He has a lot of knowledge and fun tools in his kit like cupping and a massage gun. He is a massage therapist that knows how to get deep in the muscles but not to the point of pain. I have been to other therapists that brag about how much pain they can put you in with deep tissue. No thanks, not for me. Erick has just the right touch! I wouldn't be in the shape I'm in without him. He's truly a necessity in my life. I see him religiously and don't plan on changing that! You will not regret making an appointment!”

“I recently received reflexology from Melissa, and I was so glad that I did! Melissa was professional and warm upon greeting me in the main lobby. She took me back to her beautiful, cozy massage room, which housed an ultra-comfy and moveable massage table - making it very easy for me to get onto, as well as helping me to feel very comfortable once she made all of the adjustments to accommodate my needs. After walking me through an intake form, which addressed my health history and current discomforts (foot and knee pain, mostly), she got started. She was careful to check in about my comfort, including adding some eucalyptus essential oil to her diffuser to help sooth my airway because I had a pesky cough onboard. I was pleasantly surprised to realize that she didn't use heavily fragranced massage oil/lotion. As she worked her relaxing magic on my hands, ears, and feet, I drifted off to the soothing background sounds she played during our session. The pressure was firm where I needed/wanted it to be, and relaxing from start to finish. I walked in with foot pain due to a bone spur, and lots of tension in my body. I walked out with zero foot pain and a much more relaxed vibe. I will definitely be back for more much-needed self-care in the future, and I will be referring my doula and childbirth education clients her way, as well, as she lovingly works with expectant parents in a variety of ways!”

I wanted to learn how to lift barbells after never lifting weights a day in my life. I started seeing Carolina at Milestones and she has been amazing! She has taught me so much about proper form and fitness and has me lifting barbells and heavy weights in a way I never could have imagined.The facility is clean and inviting, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
