I chose to go to Milestones Movement Therapy after years of frustrating physical therapy sessions prescribed by my doctor. At Milestones we worked on all of me - not just the complaining joint of the week. I started with the goal of getting back to being able to do regular exercise and with a combination of personalized exercises and a wide range of therapies, I reached that goal. I'm really grateful to Milestones Movement Therapy for helping me overcome a number of physical challenges.
