Miles really helped me out and did what I think many PTs and doctors were not able to do. Since he is not a PT, we were able to meet more consistently (without fear of insurance coverage running out) and worked on a combination of strengthening exercises and tissue massage. The exercises were definitely doable. On top of that, he is great person and easy to chat with. He did a great job helping me through my plantar fasciitis and all around pointing out areas of imbalance that have really helped with my day to day. I went in for a medical massage due to various pain in my body. I saw Will and can say I will 100% be back. He was very knowledgeable, personable and kept great conversation during the appointment.

My son just received a free sports massage from Milestones after running the Rock to Brew Fest 5K. He ran hard. He said the massage was as good as the medals he received. Me: "Was the massage good?" Him: "Oh yeah, he got me good. That was so good." If I lived in the area, I'd be making use of this shop. I'm jealous right now.
