“There are a lot of offerings on the same plaza so I’m going to need to see something to make them stand out. I was overall happy with the service but felt a little confused as to why I wasn’t allowed to purchase the membership on the first visit. The receptionist instead insisted on charging me full price “this time” Suggesting that I get the Membership next time and he’ll give me a free massage. When you do the math and pay the hundred dollar service versus the $80 service, it just seems like some sort of ploy to get you to come back again. Now that I’m easiness made me unsure if I will return for Membership. Felt like bait and switch.”
