We had a great experience. I had a massage and Lucy helped me focus on my problem spot. And appropriate pressure was applied. My daughter had a scalp treatment and really enjoyed it. Hair came out soft and smelling great.
Parking lot is all compact spots but we were able to snag a spot. Came here with my husband for a 30 min foot massage and 60 min body massage. Simon and Lucy were fantastic and super attentive, checking in on us as we were getting our massages. Highly recommend this place, their foot massages are the best in Sac (and I'm talking from Davis to Roseville).
Husband and I just had our first couple full body and foot massage here . We had 2 ladies that did amazing job . They knew where our tense spots were and focused on them . Our bodies feel so relaxed. I highly recommend Zen day spa and will be definitely returning !
