“I usually go for a massage on Wednesdays in mid-week and Harbor Massage was a good find on West Capital. There is plenty of parking and eateries around. I splurged and got the 60 minutes service. No complaints nor surprises; it is an efficient neighborhood massage spa. I usually give 15% tip as the average around here, but I gave 25% because my masseuse did a particular excellent job this time. Will make appointment for this weekend.“
