At their regular check-ups, they are greeted warmly by the staff and Dr. Helen has a wonderful disposition to work well with kids and their parents! One of my daughters is seeing Dr. Allan for orthodontics. My daughter asks a lot of questions and Dr. Allan is patient and takes the times to explain it at an age appropriate level for understanding. We are happy we feel very well taken care of. They have an amazing rewards program for orthodontics and get a balloon and a prize after their check-up.
