I had a toilet leak from the tank was concerned about water damage and possible mold, etc. I called Dry Kings in the morning and the receptionist was able to coordinate a technician to come out that afternoon. Mark, the tech was on time and professional. He checked my floors, walls and my downstairs neighbor with a device and there was no water detected. He said since I cleaned up the water promptly I was lucky that it didn't turn out badly but to keep an eye out for discoloration.

Dry Kings did a mitigation for me 4 years ago on a different property. There was water damage due to roof leak onto the ceiling. They also checked all the rooms of the house - fortunately it was contained to the living and dining rooms. They also recommended an asbestos abatement company due to having the ceiling opened up and drywall and sheetrock demolished. They do a thorough job to ensure customer safety. I would call Dry Kings again in the event of future water damage to a property.“
