“I went to several different flooring stores, but Jack quickly set himself apart from all the rest. All the other flooring stores just wanted a quick and easy sell. Jack took time to understand my wants and needs. He then educated me on the best choice for my house. He was the only one who did that. His pricing for both product and installation was fair. When we were ready to choose our product and purchase, we brought pictures we saw online of colors we liked. He pulled samples that matched to take home and try out. We ended up using our own installer as we already had someone doing other work in our home. Our contractor was very impressed with the quality and pricing, and he sees a lot of flooring! Prices (for both hardwood and install) are very reasonable. We found Slater Hardwood from Yelp, and it was a great experience from selecting the hardwood to installation. Brian is very patient and customer oriented while we were selecting the hardwood. Brian's dad, Blake, runs Cooper Flooring who does the installation.
