Our experience with Jim and Brad was wonderful!! They were extremely thorough. Very honest and trustworthy. Showed professionalism but were also down to earth and made us feel comfortable. They did a great job on our carpets and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for carpets, flooring and upholstery cleaning. We have been using Expert Carpet Care for a couple of years to maintain our warranty on our new carpet. Their guys are on time, polite, helpful, and professional. And, the results are always fabulous. Goodbye cat stains!
