Lilly Designs Hair is where I get my haircut for over 10 years now. Lilly has good skill. I see a lot of middle aged ladies getting highlights, 😎 cool hairstyles...etc. Lilly is fluent in Mandarin, and often switch back and forth. Talk to me in English while answering phone in Mandarin. She has a lot of quality Hair styling gel, shampoos and conditioners. I buy all my hair care products from her.
