Yesterday I had my first facial with Kimmie and it was amazing! I found the website for Excelsia and the online booking process to be very user friendly. She has done a great job with her space and I found the room to be very calming and peaceful.
This was my first experience with Hydrafacial and I was unsure what to expect. We had a very thorough consultation before the facial began. Kimmie is very knowledgeable and explained the entire procedure. She started with informing me why Hydrafacial is different than other facials. She then explained each step of the facial process that she would be performing. Finally we discussed the various options of facials she offers and discussed which would be best for me. Kimmie is very professional and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
Once we began the treatment Kimmie explained what she was doing and what I should expect to feel. The process was very relaxing and I could have easily fallen asleep!
Kimmie took before and after photos and I could see great results after just one treatment. My skin looks and feels better than it has in years!
I highly recommend Kimmie at Excelsia and will be a repeat customer!

I've been a client of Kimmie's for quite awhile - I swear by her facials! She does great, thorough work and I always enjoy her company and gentle, relaxing techniques. She recently started offering services for lash extensions and I decided to give them a try since I've been so happy with the way she keeps my skin. I wasn't sure how I would feel about them at first, but now I can't imagine not having them!! She fills them out so well. Before I always felt I looked dull and lifeless without mascara, but now I feel pretty even right when I get out of bed! I've never felt great without makeup until now. Definitely a worthy investment. :) Haven't worn mascara in months!! They aren't weird or uncomfortable and they last quite awhile. Would highly recommend to anyone.
