“I am so happy to have found this place and Nathalie! Nathalie is a certified dog trainer who uses positive reinforcement methods. My labrador, Sammie, has taken Manners 2, 3 and 4 here. Each day I learned new things about dog behavior and discovered new ways to build my confidence, while developing a stronger relationship with my pup. Recently, we faced our biggest challenge in Manners 4, which involved taking our dogs through a very busy park past other walking and running dogs, a noisy dog park, ducks, geese, bikes and runners whizzing by, a narrow walkway, a bridge over a river and noisy freeway. Nathalie told what we might encounter, and provided skills for walking our dogs on narrow paths, and timing for reinforcement. Every session became easier, and by the final session, Sammie and I were both relaxed during our walk and we earned the Urban Canine Good Citizen certificate. Sammie is learning appropriate play and manners in day camp on "Retriever Tuesdays." Sammie loves going, and is ready to sleep when she gets to the car. Her stays and recalls have improved, too! Plus, I love the videos and photos that I receive. Many of the dogs in day camp have been with Nathalie since they were puppies. It's a pleasure to have a dog trainer who has years of experience, and who clearly enjoys the dogs.“

“Our two dogs get very excited when we pull up to Dr. Dave's. We primarily use the place for multiple overnight stays for our two dogs. When we pick them up, they are healthy, no injuries, and correct weight. The folks there are good about giving scheduled medication. The prices are reasonable, especially when vouchers for overnight stays are purchased a couple dozen at a time.“

“The customer service was great with Bill and Isaac they both went above and beyond to help with all our questions and helped with information needed to cared for a pet my daughter adopted from someone ,all except for one person a manager with piercing in his ear lobs was very rude unprofessional and really needs help with his customer service his behavior wasn't something for someone of his position and if his behavior was this way to customer kind of makes you think how does he treat his employees something someone should look into other then that experience with him everything else was great with other employees“

“Amazing and totally involved! We found Lori through Yelp, and were convinced by watching videos on her website. We had adopted a shelter puppy who we were told would be 60 pounds, but seemed to be growing at a much faster rate than we expected. He is a sweetheart, but can be very domineering when he sees something he wants. And he was rapidly becoming too strong to easily control. Lori instantly took over on our first visit, and we saw our pup truly respond for the first time to somebody controlling him, rather than the way he wanted it. Lori instantly recognized something was off, and led us to correctly diagnose his breed (Anatolian shepherd) within minutes of meeting him. We were shocked to find out he might grow to 150 pounds, but instantly glad that we were getting him the training he (and we) needed. They boarded and trained him for a month. The dog is now a totally different dog. They almost completely changed his behavior and responsiveness. At the same time, they have spent a number of training sessions with us, to enable us to be responsible dog owners. Lori and her assistant Chelsy have been completely involved, making sure we know what we are doing, how to recognize behavioral issues and address them, and how to keep the big guy happy. They have answered questions about equipment, food, travel, and safety. Every time we go to train, Lori and her team has a number of dogs they are working with. All of these dogs behave almost perfectly, even with all of the other dogs surrounding them. We cannot recognize or recommend Lori enough. She is a true pro, and we have a magnificent and happy dog thanks to her and Chelsy. Her service should be considered by everybody who wants to share a happy life with a well-behaved dog.“
