I spoke with Cynthia over the phone, she had great customer service and quickly helped us schedule an appointment for the same day . The technician luis was amazing very knowledgeable and helped us resolve our plumbing issue. Ford’s team is amazing from the office staff to the technicians. Their prices are fair and I will definitely call them next time I am have a plumbing issue. Thank you Fords team!

Called early in the day about a non-draining shower/tub and they had Santiago and George out to our house by 10 am. It turned out that in addition to a clogged drain, which they fixed in short order, there was a pipe under the house which was so badly corroded it was no longer connected completely where it teed into the main line so some of the water was draining under the house. Santiago showed me a picture of the pipe, explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Fords Plumbing came out to help with a clogged toilet. They are reliable as they showed up same day within a few hours. They are affordable and their staff is wonderful and professional. Thank you Marly for sending your technician Luis within a reasonable time.
