requested a technician to come out a give me an estimate on a job I thought would be impossible to do without breaking ground. When I tell you Robert is just ALL around amazing I mean it! Appreciated him being so knowledgeable, kind and quick with his work! We are so pleased with Ford’s. We contacted them for emergency service, and they were able to come first thing in the morning to address a serious sewer issue impacting our condo (and neighboring units). Luis was friendly, communicative and patient with us as we considered the best course of action. I must have called 20 plumbers for this issue, and I’m so glad Luis was the first available. I will certainly be calling them in the future if anything else comes up!
