“This post is strictly for Dr.Steinberg, my mom and I have been his patients for over ten years. He is thorough, and makes sure all my questions are answered and referrals are made. He calls me personally to go over any lab results, and follows up with me about my care at specialists. If it wasn't for him I would have not received medication for my autoimmune disease ( which is not covered under medical/ insurance). I would say the wait time has tremendously improved. I expect wait times to be long because he serves a big population, if you have medical you know there is usually a wait. My wait time went from 2hrs to about 40minutes. I will tell you, he is worth the wait. As far as office staff, I have seen many come and go, and these ladies work hard, sometimes only one girl is there. I have never had any problems with them. Overall, I keep coming back for Dr. Steinberg. He truly cares about his patients, and is always trying to improve customer service.“

“Dr Gandhi and staff have always are great the Dr can be serious but once u get to know her will give u the advice and approach u need, im thankful she's helped me get through some tough times. The front desk always helps on payment plans and overall it's a matter of patience when your there“

“They take care of us well. They take a little long to take care of people but it is not much. They have a waiting room and put tvs so you can be entertained while you are waiting.“

“We had great success with USC and Dr Baker. Before coming here we did 3 IUIs with Kaiser and I had two pretty traumatic miscarriages. Because of this, we opted to test our embryos before implanting. Our first round we didn’t get anything viable. It was gut-wrenching. Dr Baker was supportive, kind and, most importantly, determined. We added growth hormone in the second round at her suggestion and ended up with 4 viable embryos! And now we are parents to a wonderful baby girl. The nurses are also very kind—you get to know them when you have to go almost every day! I paired my treatment with acupuncture from Elysia Life Care (the best!) and the staff here really worked to accommodate having someone join me for acupuncture on my transfer day. Dr. Yip is great at what she does, was there for me throughout my pregnancy, delivered my baby and kept checking on me during labor and after. Everyone is very nice and professional here.“

“I got my iud (paragard) placed here in 2021 removed it in 2024 to have a baby and then placed again after baby in 2025. I have also gotten a few Pap smears and an sti check here and all the staff is always very friendly. I always feel comfortable as they talk you through every step during any procedure. I always set an appointment and am out within an hour at most, usually 30-40 minutes.“
