Love love love Dr. Lily and Betty Lee. They're brilliant. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. The entire staff is phenomenal and knowledgable! They care and I love it. Thank you for being so wonderful. Appreciate it.

Without fail, every single time I'd call this clinic or the Beverly Hills location I'd be immediately placed on hold for no less than 5 minutes, often as much as 10-15m. Once someone answers it's a crapshoot if they'd be nice to you or not. I used to see one of the doctors from this practice years ago at the BH location (same issue with immediate prolonged holds) and stopped when I moved. Upon returning I figured I'd try the practice again and was recommended Dr. Rosen. In my intake appt with him the nurse/assistant/tech was incredibly rude when I politely refused to be weighed citing it's required for medicine dosage. Dr. Aaron Rosen is a great doctor. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and overall a loving, kind hearted human being. I have always felt comfortable in his care. He knows how to ease my anxieties about my health complications and explains things in a way that I will understand. He includes me in the decision making regarding my care and that is probably the best thing about him. I refer everyone I know to him. I'm so glad there are doctors like him around!!
