“I worked with Mike to setup a split unit a/c system a couple of months ago and he did a great job. He was very communicative and explained my options very thoroughly before the actual install. 6 months later and the unit is still working as expected. I also had a heating issue with my existing a/c unit and Juan was the technician sent out to help. It turns out the original wiring was done incorrectly but Juan patiently worked through the issue and made sure that the we got the heat back up and running. It was a lot of work but he was dedicated to make sure we were comfortable in our home.“
