“I had the most incredible 2 hour treatment today with Monica, simply perfect! It was a combined full body skin care enzyme peel & a lymphatic flow and detox. I highly recommend it - so relaxing, grounding, nourishing, it really felt decadent treating myself to it (bday gift gc) and Monica is excellent at her craft. I never would have treated myself to either of the treatments (vs a deep tissue massage) but given it was gift card, I went ahead and tried it and now would do it again in the future!“

“I had a gift certificate which was emailed to me via PEARL and you have to print the certificate. If they cant mail it forcing customers to print is ridiculous. This is in unnecessary step that creates more work on the customer. I also do not like that they never answer the phone. ANSWER the PHONE. I do enjoy the Spa, 90 minutes with Lee was life changing. I wept for days after because she stirred so much emotion. I am obsessed with her and overall she was super kind. The place is immaculate and I feel honored to come. I just wish that coming there was easier and they communicated better over the phone.“

I got my nails done here and was incredibly impressed with how they turned out. They lasted over a month, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop.

I’m usually very particular when it comes to Brazilian waxing, but the staff made me feel completely comfortable and handled everything with such care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back!

“Highly recommend -- especially if you're super active. I love booking a fire and ice (sauna and cold plunge) after physical activities that take a toll on my body. I had a membership for a while and really liked the ease of booking and the perks of being able to bring a guest for a small price. They added a traditional sauna option but I love the infrared personally. Traditional is a bit more intense if that's what you're looking for. Whenever I'm in a funk, I come to reboot and I perk back up right after. The front desk is always friendly and helpful.“

She provided thoughtful recommendations for how to maintain my desired look and tips for upkeep at home. When I inquired about another potential service, she politely advised against it given what she'd learned about brow-needs --- this is such a "green flag" to me!! If I didn't already trust her completely, professionally suggesting a client does not proceed with another (expensive!) treatment secured my faith in her. She leads with her client's best interest and her expertise shows!!! I will absolutely be back to see Lana.“
