“The spa is beautiful and very tranquil. I specifically asked for more attention to the left side of my neck and right hip and thigh. With not having any scalp work I thought she would be able give extra attention to those areas. Unfortunately I didn’t feel I got what I needed. I feel bad about my experience as this was a gift certificate from my daughter. Also the website indicated a 20% tip should be included. Not what I would have wanted to leave.“
