This place is pretty great! I've only done the Fire & Ice but I really enjoyed it. The place is clean and they do a very good job of making it relaxing.The cold plunge is, well, cold but worth every second you can stay in. The sauna is great as well. I also love the sauna since my gym doesn't have one.While it may be a bit pricey, try one of their specials!

I have been going here for a month and while it started off strong, things have started to take a turn for the worst. Incident 1. The new traditional sauna was not heating, the staff rebooted it and still no luck. Cold plunge same day was at 55 degree usually is and should be about 48. Incident 2 - compression boots not working, sat there waiting for them to inflate and nothing. Incident 3 - Park my car and get a call saying traditional sauna is not working. Incident 4. Cold plunge at 57 degrees. I have been going here religiously twice a week but for an expensive service like this you should get what you pay for. One more incident and I’m out. I did a cryofacial with Alysia, who is nothing short of AMAZING. The treatment itself was super comfortable and calming, but Alysia in particular has the healing touch! My skin looked incredible afterwards and still does today. I can't wait to get a package and do more there!
