I had occasion to deal with the sales person named Zora, who I found to be very personable and knowledgeable concerning the recliner, I was interested in. The experience was very positive and I would have no hesitation and recommending family members or friends to the Corte Madera Library. again the experience was a very positive one for me.“

“We contracted Jef Schlarb Design Studio for an extensive makeover of the main living space and master bedroom in our Marina home. Jeff, Gina and team, along with their contracted labor, were all highly professional, timely, and most importantly communicative. They work itself is top notch, and nothing that at least we could ever replicate on our own, or with a less experienced design team. Our guests are blown away by not only the beauty of their work, but how unique it is. My parents force me entertain out of town guests of theirs so they can show off their son’s awesome house, thanks to the work this team has done. Most of the contractors gave us very brief proposals with just a total cost and very little documentation. G Family’s professional experience really paid off. We had to deal with several code upgrades and town building department requirements. Jon devised creative solutions that addressed the issues without significantly impacting the cost or schedule.

Because they are a full-service contractor, G Family was able to guide us through many of the project details. This helped reduce the stress of all the decisions that needed to be made.

Despite warnings from friends and neighbors that a major remodel like ours would go over schedule and cost at least double the original quote, the project finished on time and within our budget.

We are extremely pleased with our “new” home and so happy that we chose G Family to do our remodel. We highly recommend them. We would not hesitate to work with them on future projects.“

I review and provide construction cost estimates for residential construction projects around the Bay Area, so I see drawing sets from quite a few architects. I’m also a registered architect. “Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work. We lived in the house during the construction and worked from home while the crew transformed our home. Andrey got us going and Art and Alex were our main contacts during the project. I enjoyed working with Alex. He has the best "no problem" approach and when we hit a design issue with our deck, he had a great idea of how to rework the stairs and we went with that approach.
