Had a Soundblaster card, CPU fan, and rear case fan, installed on my Dell XPS 8940. Nick and staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. Very reasonably priced ($100.00 !)Took it in at 11am and it was done at 3:00. Up front parking.

This place has a knowledgeable and honest staff. I brought in a corrupted external hard drive for Custom Computers to assess. Unfortunately my hard drive required a more specialized facility, but the folks at Custom Computers gave me a couple of solid leads on where I could send it for repair. And they charged me $0 to check it out. That's right—free. Even though it may not have taken long for them to assess the situation, it still took time—and they didn't charge me a cent. That's really saying something these days. They may not have been able to help me this time, but they steered me in the right direction. I'll definitely be back to see them if the need ever arises....read full review
