“I came in today for an eye exam and complaints of dry eye. The eye doctor here is very friendly and knowledgeable of dry symptoms and she also took the time to explain to me every detail of my prescription and whatever problems that could be a problem in the future due to my life style. And she also made adjustment to some of my concerns for my prescriptions. I'm pretty satisfied with my visit today, and would recommend anyone to just come in for a simple exam at the very least“

“Dr. Poolsaad has to be one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. I'm usually self conscious about my eyes but he made me feel super comfortable. I went in for contacts and he could have sold them to me. He let me know that it wasn't recommended due to the prisms in my prescription. Saved me extra money that wasn't necessary. (Last Dr I had was nice but sold me the contacts and I didn't know they didn't have the prisms in them or I wouldn't have gotten them.)Dr. Poolsaad was patient, thorough, professional, kind and HONEST. “Stopped in at the Downey Walmart as I had some dental work to do here earlier in the day. Needed a minor fix on one of the glides to my RX Oakley glasses.

Was greeted by Caroline, who’s name immediately reminded me of my first radio station job as evening drive announcer in Palm Springs with Elliot Field @ 1450 KPSI (Keeping Palm Springs Informed). 1978-79

Caroline immediately greeted me and welcomed me with open arms. She demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction skills from the opening bell!

Within 10 minutes, she had my Oakley glasses back in top form, and for good measure along the way, she flashed an outstanding sense of humor and made me feel right at home. Like family …..

As I was leaving, she even offered to clean my glasses. I thought, what did I do today to deserve so much caring service & kindness!

“Stop searching for a good eyeglasses place. This is it! It took no time at all to get my new lenses made. It took more time for me to pick new frames than actually getting my lenses cut, placed, and cleaned. They were very patient with me and my crazy active toddler. Pricing is great. They even had $55 frames last time I visited. The variety of frames was great bc I was getting bored of my usual black or silver cat eye frames. I found a blush frame that I'm obsessed with now. This place might be small on the outside but inside you feel like you're getting the queen/king experience and I can not stress how fast the whole process was to take even less than a day to have my new glasses. It took me 30min max!“

“Easy eye exams and quick processing with insurance. Only thing is sometimes they wont call you to tell you if your contacts came in... Mine were specially ordered and I had to call in multiple times to check if they came. It took almost a month and a half to come. Besides that, very convenient place for what you need done.“
