We made a couple's massage appointment for Sunday morning right when they opened. There was a bit of a wait as the front desk was empty (they were all in the back prepping beds and stuff), but once they noticed us they immediately took us to a room with a door with 2 beds. Initially they were going to split us, but I told them we're here for a couple's massage. So just make sure to let them know ahead of time that you want to be in the same room. We paid for an hour massage and we got the full hour, so that's nice. They also had hot stones, which was included in the $50/hour rate. I came in and was asked to pay upfront. This never happens anywhere else. I didn't feel good about that but did it anyway. In the first 15 minutes of the massage, the lady left 3 times to help walk in customers, and left another 2 times to answer the phone. I could hear the conversations of all 5 interruptions. The constant intereuption left my back exposed and cold and so my lower back started to hurt. I asked for anothwr pillow for my feet for support hoping it will help my lower back also, but the pilloes were a little flat. So, with all that happening, I decided I couldn't take it anymore. Forewarning they request that you pay upfront before your actual massage. I'm going to be honest I didn't care for that hence the minus of the one star. That and the stones were way too hot and I had to keep telling her that they're too hot. Other than that this massage was amazing and so needed. I'm pretty sure the ladies were shocked at how much pressure I wanted because I am a tall strong girl and they are very small petite women. I love the fact that the lady stood on my back and was able to crack it for me which relieves pressure off. I left feeling nice and relaxed and soothing. I even fell asleep when I was laying on my stomach. I'm definitely going to come back....read full review
