“I love Lumen Spa. I tried a lot of spas in the area, and this one is the best. On appearances, it might not have the bells and whistles that other spas have, but it has what is most important: it has great customer service, quality technicians, and the best prices. Appointments are easy to schedule on their website and the staff is always on time for those appointments. So far I have gotten kneaded therapy with Cass - and she is just fansastic. Cass is very talented, attentive and thoughtful. She always asks about and listens to my needs. It has gone so well with Cass, that I am now branching-out and getting facials from Rachel - will update the review once I have seen her a few times (I am very hopeful based on Cass). Give it a shot - you won't regret it.“

“My husband bought me a gift certificate and I got a massage/facial combo for $280 - 90 min body massage and 70 min facial, so that didn't feel too egregious. (And I'm normally someone who does a $40 foot massage.) Leslie and Jessica were wonderful (esp since my first time for a facial). Rooms were comfortable and I had a robe and slippers when I changed room. I really appreciated that though this was a nice, classy day spa, I never felt pressured or like I was dealing with snobby people. Would definitely recommend.“
