I appreciate that it is a small group size studio. Kjerstin’s lengthy knowledge of Pilates shows in the way she effortlessly teaches. She has an infectious spirit. I enjoy my time at the studio.
The knowledgeable and patient instructors at Center of Gravity have helped me use all the pilates equipment properly. Their experience and guidance has benefited me immensely by increasing my flexiblity and reducing my knee pain. The owner is also a gifted massage therapist and yoga instructor who is highly certified in all of the therapuetic services offered at Center of Gravity. The name is quite clever too!
