“First of all, when i called the office, a real person answered the phone. Not an AI automated voice directory. Then I asked if they accepted my vision insurance and the person on the phone replied they did. I asked how long were they booked out for an eye exam. She told me they could schedule me in just a few days. Day of appointment, I went in and the office is huge. No crowded areas and lots of selection of frames. Dr Ng gave me an exam and he was very nice. He took the time to explain the test results and recommended to me what would work best and helped me get the right contact lenses as well. Then, Tonya helped me pick my glasses and helped me with the options for my lenses. Then she clearly explained the costs and breakdown of the charges. The entire staff was pleasant and nice. I am referring my wife to book her next eye appt here. I highly recommend going to Elkhorn Family Optometry if you want to feel appreciated as a patient and if you want to be well taken care of. “I’ve been going here for about three years now and Dr. Concepcion is so sweet and her office staff is consistent and super nice as well. You get in and out fast but I never feel like I’m being rushed out, she answers all my questions and seems to really care and she also has caught really small changes in my vision that could potentially be causing issues for me. I also don’t feel like I’m being robbed (self pay) they’re super transparent about pricing and it is very reasonable.“
