I had a bad chipped tooth went in and they evaluated, asked if I could stay to finish the procedure and told me the cap would be made within two hours. I didn’t know this was possible. The new tooth fit perfectly , felt great and I couldn’t believe it all happened within two hours. Dr. Melanie is a perfectionist. Her staff is the same. He's gentle, thorough, interested in educating patients on oral health care, and a godsend when it comes to perio charting (the procedure where they measure pockets in your gums). I've had some painful experiences at other offices when it comes to dental hygienists clumsily or roughly doing perio charting, to the point where I've refused the procedure on future visits. With Shapour, he was literally halfway through the process before I even realized that's what he was doing! Incredible. Lastly, I trust Dr. Kim and her staff because my late uncle, Dr. Chester Banaag of Village Hillcrest Dental, hand-selected her to take over his practice when he retired. ♥“
