“Why is it that people only write bad reviews because they didn’t get their way and not glowing reviews for the great experiences they have in life? I’m shocked at the negativity towards this office due to their use of Ai. Ai is here and it’s taking over- don’t blame an office for trying to work more effectively and efficiently. The doctor uses it for not only communication but also on your X-rays to show cavities and probably other ways that I don’t know. The negativity is more than obviously from people that aren’t patients because if you knew the staff you’d realize how wrong you are.

This office is modern, clean and has some of the most friendliest employees working there. The office doesn’t have an administrative staff and they don’t utilize phones but the staff works together to make the patient experience top notch. Send the office a text and you get an almost instant response.

I’ve personally seen the staff running around assisting patients with the doctor going from room to room to room, but, you don’t see their stress because they handle it like rockstars- laughing along the way.

I’ve come in 3 or so times now and each time there seems to be always someone yelling at the girl in the front about the Ai auto responses or online booking or a bill. All I have to say is be kinder and realize these people are only enforcing the rules that the doctor/owner created. Seeing other customers saying “the staff and doctor is great” and then being down the administration side is disheartening. The doctor runs the show and the minions are just there to keep the boat going. (Sorry girls, I know you work hard and you’re not actually minions).

Self reflection is missing in today’s society- be kinder and if you don’t like the offices rules go somewhere else. You don’t have to announce your departure. ☮✌🏼❤“
