As a person who worked for the Dental industry for six years on and off, this practice is probably the most well run practice I’ve ever been part of as from the perspective of both patient and staff member. Dr. Spencer, Mercedes, and Ana have been my dental providers for just over a year. Fortunately even through three job changes, I’ve been able to maintain a relationship with Dr. Spencer because they go above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of from making my appointment to processing my claim.Please do not listen to the other reviews. A real gem ? within the community! Dr.Spencer, Mercedes, Diana & Ana have been have been my dental care providers for 3years + here at Happy Smiles. It made me feel great to know that a practice cares so much about their patients. I always left more informed and educated about my needs and never rushed during visits. I was introduced to getting cleanings every 3 months instead of every 6 months and the results from it are amazing. This place is really special to me. It’s always a great to catch up with the staff. Dr. Spencer and staff here are kind and polite to their patients and made me feel comfortable. I don’t like going to the dentist but this place made me feel welcomed. I have been attending this place for the past 2 years, and it is always a good experience. They will set up a payment plan to help you out.
