Short version: Justin (owner, GC) completed a remodel of our 5 bd, 3 bath house where every room was touched, and did it to the estimated price and on schedule per our initial meeting. The communication and responsiveness was great during the whole process, and if any issues did arise, it was addressed promptly to our liking. We had decided to do a major renovation on the interior of our house. Justin showed up on time and had some wonderful ideas that we incorporated into our thoughts about what we wanted done. His estimate was timely and reasonable. He communicated very well with us throughout the project. We couldn't be happier that we chose Justin and Cal-Best. The workers were very professional, timely, respectful and clearly took pride in their work. Given our concerns with the COVID virus, we appreciated that they always wore masks and were more than willing to take the time to address any concerns we had. Master bathroom renovation - I needed someone to renovate my mom's bathroom as I was very concerned about her slipping and falling in her old tub/shower combo. I had a top notch experience with Justin the owner and his team from beginning to end. They did superb work, addressed all of my concerns about doing a renovation with my elderly mother in the house during Covid-19, and were clean and thorough. I never had to wonder what was going on with the project because Justin always communicated clearly everything that was happening.
