We recently had a pipe burst under our raised foundation home while we were away on vacation. We discovered the leak when we returned and immediately shut off the water to our home. It had been gushing water for four days and made a major mess! Joel from Livewell came out super fast and assessed the situation....a crew came out the very next day to begin the clean up, which took 3 days to complete. All things considered, that was pretty fast. I'd recommend them if you have a problem.
Bill was the most transparent and professional business owner I’ve ever encountered. We had water damage in our kitchen area. I contacted Livewell and sought their services. They were prompt and efficient and finished 50% of the project. However, they were not able carry the project to completion due to miscommunication and backlogs. I was frustrated and I complained. One day Bill knocked on my door and personally talked to me to sort things out. For him to personally reach out to me and listen to my plight meant their customers needs and concerns are paramount. We had water damage and our plumber recommended livewell and they were at my door in a matter of hours. Joel helped us through the whole process of dealing with the insurance, was very professional and always answered my phone calls.
