I can't recommend The Gatekeeper highly enough. Incredibly professional, courteous, great communicators (both the in-person technicians and the office/scheduling staff). In the last few years they've solved problems with my 20-year old driveway gate, call box, gate operators (motors), and phone system hookup that no other gate service was able to remedy. Everything is now working perfectly as it should. Paul made things easy and painless, kept me informed regarding the repairs in progress, and he and Ricky were total pros.

Wooden garage door in a condo complex originally built in 1929 stopped working. First company I brought out, the rep said he couldn't get the door up without damaging it and when we finally got access to the three door garage said that only a "commercial company" could repair it and that we should replace everything - door, door opener and entire rigging system. The Gatekeeper rep came out and, with a little effort, lifted the door without doing damage, reattached the hardware to the door, replaced the garage door photo eyes and then, because he didn't like how it sounded, gave the system some much needed lubrication. I screwed up our remote gate access functions. John showed up promptly and fixed it very quickly. Problem solved! Plus, John is a very personable fellow, which made things very pleasant. Real pros. Very highly recommended!
