Ty & his helper were amazing. They kept a very positive attitude even when finding exceptional difficulty in getting our old hot water heater to drain before it could be removed. Then the install of the new hot water heater was very efficient & completed with exceptional precision. No leaks; no drips. They took extra effort to make sure the work site was clean. They were on time & exceptionally conversive sharing every aspect of the process as they worked. When they finished & got ready to leave we felt like they were family.
