I just had a very good experience with Arrow Plumbing. I had been very stressed trying to get an estimate to get my toilet flange removed so I could install a new toilet myself . The original was not installed correctly years ago with no concrete below it in subfloor and an unlevel flange to boot. I was getting crazy over the phone estimates without anyone willing to come out in person to look at it. Finally, I called Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael and spoke to their office person, Stacie. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. My husband tried to replace our toilet that was rocking and was getting worse. All the YouTube videos showed the part that we didn’t have. So we called Arrow Plumbing and Doug came to the rescue. He identified the problem and even did an extra job to be able to install the flange. The weird flange we had, wasn’t even attached to the floor. We are very happy with the job and reasonable price. Definitely recommend.Service: Toilet installation
