Worked with Chafic on our vinyl flooring, and this is what I have to say: he is SPECTACULAR! He came in ready to fix flooring installed from a previous contractor IMMEDIATELY. He is kind, understanding, and deeply cares about his customers and their families! He also has very competitive rates! If you want flooring, THESE PEOPLE ARE IT!
Thank you Chafic for going above and beyond 🙏
Travis and his team did an amazing job on our project. He showed up on time, did exactly what he said he would do across the entire project. He came fully prepared, provided options, made meaningful suggestions, clearly explained the process, discussed the types of issues that we might encounter as the work commenced, and shook your hand like it was a commitment not a simple hello or goodbye. I talked to five flooring contractors. Travis was the only one that came 100% prepared and on time. And that’s why he got the job. The end result was top notch workmanship, that was on time, on budget, and no surprises…just a beautiful floor.
Coming from the construction/restoration industry, it is refreshing to know a person like Travis, the owner of Floor Coverings International North County. Travis and his team are a wealth of knowledge and are not “salesy”- they have information, communicate it clearly, are professional, and they do amazing work. We’ve worked together in situations where the flooring needs to be replaced due to flooding, and he has responded in a timely manner and with empathy for the circumstance. I will always support and recommend Travis for any property owner that needs new floors due to property loss (fire, flood, etc,) or due to remodeling.
