Travis and his team did an amazing job on our project. He showed up on time, did exactly what he said he would do across the entire project. He came fully prepared, provided options, made meaningful suggestions, clearly explained the process, discussed the types of issues that we might encounter as the work commenced, and shook your hand like it was a commitment not a simple hello or goodbye. I talked to five flooring contractors. Travis was the only one that came 100% prepared and on time. And that’s why he got the job. The end result was top notch workmanship, that was on time, on budget, and no surprises…just a beautiful floor.
