We had a short window of time to get some flooring installed before a big move. Serena helped us select the right flooring and guided the job so that we could meet our deadline. The install crew were fabulous, seeing that the laminate was perfectly level and all thresholds were correct. Furniture was protected and the kitchen was sealed off. Everything was cleaned up well. I stopped at the San Marcos location, and spoke to a very knowledgeable Sales Associate. John Anthony Medina, he went beyond customer care. Even though he could not get me the product I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sent me in another direction after speaking to several people to verify my product was not available through them.
